Local Author Fair Saturday 12/4

Blood and Gold copies

Although Marsheila (Marcy) Rockwell and I were scheduled to appear at TusCon last month, we had to cancel that trip. That means this Saturday’s Local Author Fair at the Red Mountain Library in Mesa, AZ, will be our first public appearance since the COVID lockdown began in 2020. We have tons of new books (or it feels that way when we’re lugging the boxes, anyway), mostly anthologies that include our work, but also my new novel BLOOD AND GOLD: THE LEGEND OF JOAQUIN MURRIETA–your first opportunity to get copies signed by me.

The fair will feature dozens of local authors. We haven’t seen a list, so we’re not sure who’ll be there, but it’ll be fun. It runs from noon to 4 p.m. The Red Mountain Library is at 635 N. Power Road in Mesa. We hope to see lots of you there.

(Covid protocols: we’re fully vaxxed and boosted and will be masked.)

City of Mesa Statement: Although face coverings are optional at City of Mesa facilities, we encourage visitors to continue to exercise precautions, including getting vaccinated, wearing masks if unvaccinated and staying at home when not feeling well. Additionally, we will continue to maintain enhanced cleaning practices and provide hand sanitizer at all City of Mesa buildings.
