Today is Memorial Day. I wrote a considerable amount on my Substack page about death, life, and honoring those who are gone from our lives, and I’m not going to repeat all that here. Please drop in and give it a read over there, and I wish you a peaceful heart on this “holiday” that’s all about people who are no longer with us.

And after three months of being a paid subscriber, a free physical copy of one of my books! I might, now that I think about it, keep it up–a free book every 3 months, or something like that. The book I send is my choice, but requests will be considered (and will largely depend upon my own stock–some I have plenty of, some only a few). They might be paperback or hardback–again, my choice. But hey, a free book is better than a sock on the jaw, right?
